In die USA einreisen muß ich mir wirklich nicht antun - es sei, mir ist mal kräftig zum Kotzen zumute.
Der Spiegel hat ausnahmsweise mal was bissiges gebracht - das aktuelle Titelbild ist ziemlich gelungen .

Man sollte schon zwischen dem Land und seinem Präsidenten unterscheiden können. Außerdem will ich nur nach Alaska. Würde man dort eine Volksbefragung abhalten wäre es ganz schnell bei Kanada.
Die meisten die ich dort kenne halten nämlich wenig bis gar nichts von Middle West.

ROOOOOOOOFL wenn ihr wirklich glaubt , Bush schert sich um eine Zillion bescheuerter Protestmails à la "BUHS AMERCIA SUX U R A FAGOT!!!!1" dann seid ihr doofer als Dan Quayle (der bescheuerte Ex-Vizepräsi, von dem die tollen Zitate stammen, die man ständig Bush in den Mund legt).

Ich habe herausgefunden, daß Bush doch noch gutes für die Umwelt bringen kann: Wenn sich Amerika weiter so zurückentwickelt, ist die USA bald wieder auf dem Stand des 18. Jahrhunderts, und da war die Umweltverschmutzung nicht so schlimm.

- ist klar, war ja auch extra-provokant von mir formuliert. Nehm ich zurück. Obwohl ich noch nie in Amerika war, muß ich mir große Teile davon aber wohl eher auch nicht antun.

- war überzogen provokant formuliert. War noch nicht in den Usa. Es ist definitiv falsch, pauschalisierend über ein Land oder ein Volk zu reden. Dennoch bin ich von vielen Sachen, die in Amerika stattfinden oder die aus Amerika kommen kein allzu großer Freund.

ich liebe genau diese diskussion. ich hab genau das, was Dan jetzt gesagt ht ungefähr scho 4mal im amis-ablaber-Threat gesagt....
