I wouln't go for a witchhunt on exploits. You lose anyway. If not the creatures, then the enemy. You allways find one standing around all days long (nights actually), expecially in swamps, or the "gateguards" sometimes (Drassen airfield, Alma NW). They just dont move. And if not them, then you keep one demobilized with your darthgun...morki hat geschrieben:Hmm, now I own a pretty useless Explosives 1-IMP. Nice. Really nice.
And what about the agility-exploit using the harmless crepitus-babies?
(Hide and run around them as long as you want to.)
I liked the different ways to train your skills actively. Using "teach" and "learn" is not so funny ...
A gunshot makes three types of noise: The mechanical system of the weapon as it fires the round and reloads, the chemical explosion of the propellant, and the supersonic crack of the bullet. Of these three sources of sound, the sound suppressor only dampens the sound of the chemical explosion. The mechanical noise may be low enough not to be heard, if the target is far away. The supersonic crack cannot be eliminated!

The shorter a gun (from trigger to muzzle, so bullpups are better) the faster it can be aimed at a target, so pistols should have the lowest AP-cost, then SMGs, than carbines, then assault rifles, and then sniper rifles (it does have a reason that most special forces use pistols and carbines [like the M4A1 and the G36K]). But of course, if a sniper is already in position when someone crosses his sights, then he should get a hefty bonus to initiative. This is something that bothered me about the classic JA2 very much. Some mod (can't remember which one) already made an attempt to correct this.
Don't go through all the trouble chasing shadows. This kind of problems comes with the LBD system. You can archive the same result by climbing roofs. So if you want to train your soldiers, you can do it anyway - the roof procedure is just a little more annoying for the player.morki hat geschrieben::And the overloading-exploit was also still possible. This is more cheat than "set mine, defuse mine, ...", because you imporeve, but invest no game-intern work or time.

Yea man, paragraph 16 is kinda strange. So much handy traffic in a third world country.
I *really* wonder, what the function of this calls might be. I had once 3 militionaries left and one did 3 calls in a row ...so who the hell recieved the third call???
Ey, of course i am not blaming Kaiden or Muggsy for *anything*.
