Ich hatte/habe ein Problem mit
http://www.imagestation.com und habe mich an den "Live Customer Support" gewendet. Da durfte ich dann mit einem vom Support chatten. ^^ Einerseits mein erstes derartiges Erlebnis und andererseits nicht übel in Anbetracht dessen, dass ich nichts für den Imagestation-Account bezahle (Betreiber von Imagestation = Sony).
Ach, nein, es hat keine richtige Pointe.
Aber warum ist er bloss so höflich?

Victor However, please follow these directions to change the cover picture and to rearrange the pictures in your album.
Reto I can sort the pictures by "reverse order", "upload date", but not by caption.

Victor and go to MY IMAGESTATION 2. Open the album that you want to edit. 3. Click REORDER IMAGES link under ALBUM OPTIONS located in the right-hand corner of the page. 4. Reorder photos, either by selecting a choice from the pull-down menu. You can Sort by: a) Reverse Order b) Upload Date c) Upload Date (reverse) d) Filename e) Filename (reverse) 5. For you to move an individual image please select the image and drag the image to the place where you would like to place the image. (Please note that you will see a box next to each image between two arrows. the box has to become blue in colour for the image to get replaced) 6. Click Save when you are done to return to the album.

Reto ... all pictures have different captions -> why does "sort by caption" not work? I don't want to rearrange 100 images by hand.

Victor I would like to inform you that I have tried sorting out the images in my ImageStation account and I was able to rearrange the pictures in my album with the option "Caption" from the drop down menu of reordering images.

Victor Please let me know if you have received any error message while rearranging pictures in your ImageStation account with the option "Caption" .
Reto On that "reorder images" pages, it just shows me the beginning ("barca...") of the caption.

Reto I'm sorry, what's an "undate"? Is this maintenance still going on? There was a maintenance yesterday. Is it a maintenance concerning my problem?

Reto Please tell your engineers there's a problem with reading captions. From html source: [...] .... "barca04..." is wrong. Just as a little help.
