Ich hatte/habe ein Problem mit http://www.imagestation.com und habe mich an den "Live Customer Support" gewendet. Da durfte ich dann mit einem vom Support chatten. ^^ Einerseits mein erstes derartiges Erlebnis und andererseits nicht übel in Anbetracht dessen, dass ich nichts für den Imagestation-Account bezahle (Betreiber von Imagestation = Sony).
Ach, nein, es hat keine richtige Pointe.

Reorder photos, either by selecting a choice from the pull-down menu. You can Sort by: a) Reverse Order b) Upload Date c) Upload Date (reverse) d) Filename e) Filename (reverse) 5. For you to move an individual image please select the image and drag the image to the place where you would like to place the image. (Please note that you will see a box next to each image between two arrows. the box has to become blue in colour for the image to get replaced) 6. Click Save when you are done to return to the album.

Ja, hab es nochmal schnell durchgelesen, sehe nicht wieso es kein Bot sein sollte. Es ist extrem formal, und ganz exakt mit den Antworten und Fragen... Es sieht wirklich danach aus als ob das ganze aus einem Satzbaukasten kommen wuerde.

OK, ich bin auch sicher, dass es aus einem "Satzbaukasten" kommt, aber nur daraus schliesse ich nicht, dass es ein Bot war. Schliesslich ist es doch üblich, solche Sätze auf Lager zu haben, damit man nicht bei jedem Kunden dasselbe von neuem tipppen muss.
Besonders zu Beginn hatte ich auch den Eindruck, dass es ein Bot war, aber als ich dann Benutzername, Email und Albumname angeben musste, glaubte ich nicht mehr daran.

Einerseits hats hier nen offensichtlichen Fehler im 2. Satz und andererseits glaube ich nicht, dass ein Bot derartige Dinge macht. (siehe unten)

Warum sagt er das nochmal, warum verwendet er "definitely"? Hier geht er doch auf mein "Please tell your ..." ein. Gleich verhält es sich mit "bitte Benachrichtigung per Mail senden".
Ausserdem kamen die Antworten nicht sofort, sondern es hiess jeweils "representative is typing" (na gut, was heisst denn da "representative" genau? "im Namen der Firma"? "im Namen eines Menschen"?). Dann frage ich mich, aus welchem Grund die Antwort verzögert zu kommen hat.
Ich glaube nicht, dass jemand einen derart komplexen Bot programmiert hat, der müsste ja die Fragen eines Kunden auf die verschiedensten Wörter und Satzstrukturen hin analysieren. Das wäre eine äussert komplizierte Sache. Aber wenn es denn so etwas gibt, würde ich auf jeden Fall gerne mehr darüber erfahren.

Ist doch einfach herauszufinden: du musst dein Gegenüber einfach mal beleidigen - oder, bei "weiblichen" Bots oft interessant (siehe yellow-Strom-Bot), ein paar "Obzönitäten"
