Hello again :) Just happened to see that to-do list I posted back in october of last year? Almost a year ago. Granted not all if it has been implemented, but a lot of it has, along with a bunch of stuff that wasn't even on the list (weather effects, etc...).

@Spectre, why not use the repair difficulty instead of ubCoolness though? We seem to have switched sides on that issue :p

Repair difficulty seems to be a range of -5 to +5.

The range of course could be larger than that, but this is the range currently being used in the XML's.

Most of the new weapons and items were added in groups, 5 here, 10 there, 30 again later etc... None of the groups were balanced against each other, and that includes the prices.

Fixed, it was there, but the filename was slightly off.

Snap and I both attempted to fix this at the exact same time yesterday and our fixes contradicted each other, and therefore it did not get fixed.

One thing you may be forgetting, is #33. One of our goals, is to distinguish the different types of weapons a bit more, and moving to a 100pt AP system will allow more diversity between weapons.
