You mean the XML Editor from Toxic? Or the Map Editor from 07-10?

I'm still waiting to see if Tox is going to part with his source for the XML Editor. He was going to send it to me over a month ago and I have not heard from him.

The Map Editor code relies on the data for the 10-07 version, so if you use it, you will have to swap out the old 10-07 data with the new data.

11-08 +

Data\Tabledata (JA2 1.12)

AND

Data-1.13\Tabledata (JA2 1.13)

10-07:

Data\Tabledata\Original\ (JA2 1.12)

Data\Tabledata\New Items\ (JA2 1.13)

The current Map Editor (10-07) requires the 2nd folder structure

I was using a difficult method to achieve multiple data folders, Snap then came up with a MUCH better method of getting it to work, but it broke the Editor for version 11-08.

His way of doing it will make things much easier in the future, however, I will have to spend a lot of time now getting the Editor to work again.

That's why if you are using 10-07 version, or using the Map Editor I made, only moddifying items in the \New Items\ folder will work.
